Hey guys. The song doesn’t relate. Too tired to look for one that does but this song was stuck in my head today. Today was kind of busy. But I’m tired and soreeee today. “Oh dear, why are you sore hun?” Volleyball today. Ughh today was alright. I couldn’t pass at all. It just kept going to my face. How annoying! Well today we did a lot of blocking drills. Hahaha. Me block? You’re funny Ritter! But she did compliment me today. I think it was just to make everyone work harder. She was like “It’s really embarrassing that Wendy jumps higher than half of you guys.” Haha. I guess that’s a compliment? but not because my vertical is like 6 inches. NOTHING. I get 2 inches over the net. But serves were amazing today. They went exactly where I wanted them, and HARD. Well, I’m sore from yesterday’s foot work drills and todays blocking drills. So my legs are like wobbly like a game of Jenga. But seriously, I wish I could play volleyball full time. I love it to DEATH. Being sore is so worth it, even when I’m like crawling around my house. Which I did up the stairs. Haha.

After that, I came home and showered and went straight to the DMVs. Lucky me, there was like NO LINE whatsoever. But that place is really weird. I forgot my camera so I couldn’t take a picture of it. But it really freaked me out. I don’t know why. There were just too many booths and everyone was just crowded in one place. Ughh. Anyways I took my permit test. Man did I take a long time. I went over it like 4 times, word for word. The suckiest part was that I forgot ALL THE SIGNS. There were like 4 questions on signs. Ughh. Alan told me to remember speed limits. So that’s all I studied for last night and totally forgot about signs. There were NO speed limit questions on my permit thank you every much. Then I waited with my mom. She kind of looked at me with a worried face and asked what took you so long? She told me that I probably failed. UGHHH. Then they called me up. The guy had a poker face on. An AMAZING poker face on. I didn’t know what he was going to say and I got really really nervous. And then he was like, “Well you passed, here you go.” Whoot! Wow he didn’t even say congrats or smile. What a jerk. He psyched me out for nothing! Well here’s my picture. It’s actually pretty ugly. My hair is a mess. It’s frizzy from my shower. And my eyes are really small in it. Definitely not my look.
I ended up missing almost all the sign questions. Loll. I thought the Cross was a medical sign. Turns out to be an intersection? Lawll how embarassing. But I ended up missing 5. Yay. I was so happy. It actually wasn’t as hard as I thought. So license hopefully in JANUARY. Ughhh 3 months late. I hate that. Oh well. It will still be okay. :) I don’t do much during the fall/winter anyways.

Then I went home, took a nap and made head bands. My sister and I bought this cool stretchy sequin fabric. Yess, SHINY like my shoes. So now I can be a complete disco ball with my shiny shoes and head band. Haha. I chose this picture because I had the weirdest facial expression on it. My sister was talking about Harry Potter. And she was like quoting lines from it since we’ve been watching the movies recently. I have to admit, “Me dad’s a muggle, Mum’s a witch. Bit of a shock when he found out” is my favorite. Haha. High five to whoever can tell me who said that without cheating. Well we were watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and it was the part where Harry was in the graveyard with Voldemort. Voldemort was talking about how Lily used love to save Harry. He said something along the lines of “Love, old magic. I could not touch you. But now boy, your mother’s not here to protect you. I can TOUCH YOU. See? I can TOUCH YOU NOW.” Haha. And I was like ‘Uhhhhhhhh. that’s great’ Haha. And that’s the story behind this face. Haha. Well I think my shiny headbands are super cool. I have one in silver, gold and pink. I need to make red ones for rally days. Cause these headbands are LEGIT. :)
