hey there. I know what you’re thinking, omgwtfbbq Wendy Chan is actually blogging. Like a real entry. Haha. Well this one actually has pictures and all that shmeeze too. Well, I’m so bored right now I thought I’d do something partially productive right? Mhmmm I’ll start off in the beginning of summer post the epic trip to Japan Town cause you all know what happened that day. If not, check Kevin’s blog or something.

So June 26th, the dearest sister Yvonne’s 12th birthday. We had her party on the weekend where my sister came home from Davis since she transferred from UCSB. Well, it was once again one of those epic parties with all of the seven Luc Chans. Well I don’t know if anyone else does this, but we have a seating chart. And it hasn’t changed since Yvonne was born. Well, lucky you I had enough time to draw a cool diagram of our seating chart. I think the only thing that has changed is the amount of space that we used to have. Haha. Anyways, when Natalie and Tim went to pick up the food, it turns out that she rear-ended someone. Ahaha. Silly sister, Her car is now sitting in front of our house while she is in davis. The party was filled with epic jokes that will spread around and full of laughing asians and food.

Mhmm I’m just going to talk roughly about the things that happened later. Mhmm Volleyball with Lacie, Caitlyn and Taylor on Friday. Oh My God. The WORST thing ever. As they were deciding teams for the night, this one named Sammy was like, “Okay we’ll play over here, and you little girls play on the kids net.” What the hell, s if we weren’t up to PAR with the other old FARTS. And, I rolled my ankle that night, so i’m still kind of crippled. Ughh. And on TOP OF THAT. I came home to find out I had a LITTLE overage in texting this month. Talk about $90 in fees for the overages. Ughh so don’t text me this month, I’m already over 100. I’m getting unlimited soon, so I don’t have to take money out of my Jean fund. Ughh.

So everyone who hasn’t heard from me for a while, I’ve been at WORK. Oh you gotta love Vinh Quang Co, herbal store under Dynasty Restaurant at Grand Century. NOT. I’ve been playing secretary for the grandpa. How annoying. I hate how Asians want you to speak their language. This guy asked me if I spoke vietnamese. And I said just a little, but I understand all of it. And he was like Do you speak chinese? and I said yes. Then he told me, “oh, at least you’re worth something.” Hey now. I think ASIANS should learn ENGLISH cause they’re in freaking AMERICA. Spoken like a true american right? Haha. Anyways, we have a new flavor of HI CHEWS. If you’re asian, you must be like freaking out. Omg. I need to try that one! Haha, I did. Well it’s a LIMITED EDITION golden kiwi. The only amazing thing is that the wrappers are gold foil. Haha. As for the taste, I don’t know remember what kiwi taste like but it’s alright. It’s one to try.

Fast forward to yesterday. Wednesday, the best day of the week. The day Vinh Quang is CLOSED. Haha. Too bad everyone was BUSY doing something that unfortunately I wasn’t invited too. :( I got to spend the day at HOME with the fam. Yesterday was actually a good day. I downloaded all of Alex’s infamous mixes and listened to them throughout the day. After a few hours of doing nothing but watch dramas with the sister, it was decided to be an arts and crafts day. So I made a bunch of things to put up on my wall. Some flower presses, picture frames and a fat collage picture.

And I also put up my sunflower thing on my curtains! It’s so amazing, I’m soo happy on how it turned out. Now can you look at the green MONSTER growing in front of my window? It’s my grandpa’s idea of keeping me from sneaking out at night. Lawl. The flowers were picked from my front and back yard, and the neighbors Lawl. Well my inspiration for this collage would be the song Colors by Barcelona. This has been stuck in my head since Joe introed it to me. If you buy their cd Absolutes for me, I’ll love you FOREVER.

Anyways, after creating my masterpieces, I decided to yet again tye dye! I’m actually really proud of what came out. I’m planning on giving a couple of them out, so put yours on hold! Only to people that I promised to make one for. :)

So today, I went to work, what a surprise. It was surprisingly busy today for a regular Thursday! It was like a Sunday. Mhmm so anyways, today when I got home, i had this utmost desire to make cream puffs. So apparently, cooking mama does not prepare you for real life!!! This is how my cream puffs turned out. Haha, They looked horrible but they tasted pretty good. But second try will be when I buy ingredients. Haha.

OH! One more thing! Take a look at the blue paper on my Tag board. Yep that’s my drivers ed certificate. I’m taking my permit test next WEDNESDAY. So if any of you all have OLD permit test, and would be a doll to let me borrow so I can hopefully only need to take this horrid test ONCE that’d be great! Haha Mhmm you can judge me on what brands I buy now, Loll.

So yess, I think that’s enough for today. I’ll continue my ramblings the next time I have time! I’m so excited for tomorrow 4th of July. I’ll be working, come visit! I’ll give you free candy. Haha. And after, jean shopping with joe! Mmhmm. Welps See you later! – wendychann♪
